“Well, I have had nothing but problems with my bk app, and gift cards that I was told to upload on bk app, it's a hit and miss almost every time... here at this bk, the lady who served me was so nice, and had the patience to try and help however it would not work, I tried to add other cards to pay and would not work, she helped me with our meal and was so pleasant and helpful even though we didn't get app figured out she was awesome, there should be more people in the industry of service like you... I had to ask other workers your name so I can mention it here for bk management and everyone else to see thank you... you made my day Amelia... I hope you are shown appreciation for it at work...”

“Gorgers is easily one of THE BEST restaurants in our area. The food dishes and creativity that goes into them always impress me. Whether it is something as simple as their dressing for their salad or it’s one of their specials, I am always impressed. I also LOVE that they cater to dietary needs and will make any meal they have adhere to them. The staff is super friendly, learn your name, and even know your go to meals. 10 out of 10 recommend.”

Between cute seasonal cups that get you a discount in your refills, to affordable coffee, to amazing service enough cannot be said about this invaluable local business. I have been going to Coffee Mania since I was a child and even through Covid they built community and brought smiles to people and animals alike. (I love seeing dogs get their treats!) If you want good coffee, good service, and to do good by supporting a local business, visit the original coffee Mania hut!”

“I’m so glad they put a coffee mania in Homer. It’s a little closer than Cortland for me which makes it more convenient to get their coffee. I have not gotten hot coffee YET from there, but being an avid coffee drinker, I will soon now that it’s getting colder.
I love their iced mocha coffee, it’s absolutely delicious! Everyone is always accommodating and very friendly, the service very quick. Recommend going there if you haven’t! ☕️😋”

“This place is great and has natural food and a good selection. The the fact that they follow the Civil Rights Laws and Disabilities Acts to allow people who can't wear a mask and won't is gaining increasing positive attention far and wide. Many businesses have not been complying to the fictitious mandates and questionable narrative we've been superimposed with more and more now. We need to support these businesses who are opening up without any restrictions are growing in numbers and proven to be the most courageous and intelligent. Thank you for recognizing that policy is not law. Judges have been throwing out fines, tickets, and violations whereas the United States justice department has been deploying criminal investigations based on discrimination that carries a $75,000 fine. Knowledgeable veterans with disabilities are aware of this also which is another set of laws. Thank you and you'll go down on the right side of history (regardless of how it's retold) and I personally have spent a small fortune there and we'll make sure many others do also. Keep up the good work!”

“We stopped here on July 19 while driving through town on vacation. This was the best ice cream we’ve ever had!! The portions were huge, and at a very fair price. The girl who helped us was so friendly, curious and enthusiastic as well. I wish I had her name for management to know who she is. If we lived anywhere near Homer, we’d be there weekly, but we live in Florida. Hopefully we’ll be able to visit some time in the future.”

“East side bakery is absolutely AMAZING! We just moved to the Cortland area and my daughter was celebrating her first birthday. Christine, went above and beyond in my daughter’s cake! The cake was absolutely delicious and everything we had hoped for and more! Christine puts her heart and soul into baking and the design work and it truly shows. We also got a sheet cake that was of course —-delicious! Thank you East Side Bakery for making my daughter’s first birthday one of the best memories for us!
