“Had dinner here, ordered tacos de birria, tacos al pastor and a torta and it they were great. Highly recommend their “como la flor” drink and “Victoria” beer. I would love for this place to do a Friday or Saturday dinner & dance.“

“I went there at one in the morning the night my daughter was born. It was Sunday night so it wasn't too crowded but given the hour it's understandable. I drank a beer and and went home. the people were nice the beer was cold and that night was 26 years ago and they are still there, open for business and standing tall. “Arguably the best restaurant in Patchogue. Every menu item I have had there has been delicious. The chicken crust pizza truly sets them apart as it is something that is not offered anywhere else. It is a menu item that I look forward to having every time I visit there.

It has a vibe unto itself as it is a great place to watch a game at the bar (happy hour is Monday to Friday 4-7 pm) or take your family to enjoy a meal at a table.

“The Wayward never disappoints. I had the pleasure of dining in with a large group of coworkers for dinner and drinks. Not only were the drinks and food top notch but the service was fantastic. Shout out to Marcia for handling a table of 12 on a Saturday night with ease. Marcia was very attentive and timely to our needs, making sure to provide top service while also getting us out the door by a certain time so we could attend an event. “horrible experience. went before we saw vic dibitetto at staller center and they offered us 20% off our bill because of the show. made a reservation online and we were seatly pretty quickly but it pretty much went downhill from there. they had one waitress and she was overwhelmed. food took an hour and was cold by the time we got it. lesson learned and we wont be going again.“

We ordered The Sals fried chicken bowl with caesar salad, it was so good! we also ordered the mac & cheese and this was probably one of the best i’ve ever had, 10/10 must try.
