My husband & I had a very bad experience at the St James DQ - which we ONLY went to cause OUR DQ IN MEDFORD WHICH WE LOVE WAS TEMPORARILY OUT OF SOMETHING. We then drove thru OUR MEDFORD DQ to show the wonderful manager there the product we got from the St James DQ - and SHE WAS NICE ENOUGH TO GIVE US THE FREE ICE CREAM WHICH WAS MISSING FROM THE PRODUCT WE PURCHASED FROM THE ST JAMES STORE!!!’.
