Used to always come to this Dunkin’ but over the last couple of years and til this day, they have become terribly, terribly slow with service (at the drive thru) and make mistakes on orders too often.
my latte was so bad I couldn't drink it! worst latte ever! the espresso was complelty burnt and nasty!
In all seriousness, this place is god awful.
I have been to this place several times but I am now done.
So what are the real problems? You can start out by an absentee owner. He shows up at the store about once every couple of weeks.
I am pretty sure he allows young kids to do the hiring. Not one employee in the store is capable of giving any real customer service (except the two that were stealing and were recently fired).
They run out of donuts around 4 pm...read full review
