“Sunflower Cafe in Bayport is excellent! The food is absolutely delicious-freshly prepared meals from scratch. The atmosphere is warm and the service was wonderful. I had the pleasure of meeting Stace-the owner-and her daughter. Her son makes all the desserts! Family-run cafe-fabulous food-Louis Armstrong and Ella Fitzgerald playing in the background. Doesn’t get better! I highly recommend the salmon, chicken, beef bourguignon, pasta, all the desserts, delicious bread, soups etc. I will certainly be going back…..thank you!“

“Visited this restaurant after show at Bellport Playhouse. Very nice inside and the service was amazing. My husband enjoyed his Filet Mignon, he loved it! My meal on the other hand, chicken della casa was not good at all. The chicken was so bland I couldn't eat it. I should have sent back but didn't by that point I lost my appetite. I did order the dessert tiramisu which was really good. I would go back but next time I would try another dish.“

First impression was that it was very clean, very welcoming and relaxing. It's on the smaller side maybe 6 tables. The woman who took our order was so sweet, gracious, and attentive. We ordered the mixed satay, samosa, and Indian pancake for apps..ALL AMAZING! For entrees we ordered the spicy basil chicken and I think it was called Bangkok chicken...absolutely delicious! “I have loved everything I have eaten here. The only thing I am not a fan of is the pizza. Staff makes you feel like family. The dinning room is small yet spacious. Every time we eat there we end up talking to other tables. I drive quite a distance to eat here. If you go you have to try the baked clams. They only serve cherry stone clams. So so good.
