I have gone there 2 times and both times were very unpleasant. The first time I waited for over 10 min to even be spoken too. When the person finally came over and took our order they seemed short and annoyed. Mind you if was not busy maybe 2 tables and 4 people at the bar. Ordered our coffee which took another 15 min and came out completely wrong. Ordered iced both came out hot. We just said forget it because we just wanted to order. The fall menu is my favorite. The butternut toast is amazing! The boozy milkshakes are fun and different. Always a great place for a casual night out with the girls.
Made a reservation for noon to celebrate our anniversary with a nice brunch. Ordered at the counter and sat down. Food came within ten minutes, Bloody Mary took another ten after that, and a non-alcoholic coffee did not arrive until 20 minutes after our food arrived after all our food was finished. Tried several times to make eye contact with wait staff to inform them that the coffee was not served, but really seemed as if we were being avoided.
