Went to Crosbys to see if they had pizza but they didn’t have what I wanted, 3 minutes to closed and the lovely woman at subway took our order, very pleasant experience!

The staff at Subway in Medina NY are friendly and professional. Excellent service too

Subway is a restaurant where you can expect excellent customer service, like the dedicated worker who handled a rush with a smile. However, not all experiences are positive, as one customer was disappointed with the service received. The staff member forgot items, displayed a bad attitude, and made a sub incorrectly. Fortunately, the manager handled the situation well and offered a remake. It's clear that while some visits may be unsatisfactory, Subway values customer feedback and strives to make things right.
