The servers the day of were so sweet, and Summer kept checking in on my husband and I to make sure we had everything we needed. She truly made us feel cared for. Mike and Kara were also wonderful throughout the planning process, always quick to answer questions and make sure every detail was perfect. We couldn’t have asked for a better catering team. Their Chile Colorado is one of those dishes people whisper about — big, tender chunks of steak saturated with flavor! In the summer they’ve got this tall-roof setup outside where people sit around like they’ve finally figured out how to enjoy a day. Inside the decor is colorful and lively, though the lighting is a bit dim. “Sicilian style pizza is worth the price. Cup and char, sweet sauce with garlic crust. Seasoned well so if you’re not a garlic fan go with regular crust. Eggplant parm sub is great, like the steak and cheese. The Royal will be the next one I try. Always have my order ready on time. Thanks Tim“
