The soup was a hug on the inside and the burger, NO, the burger!!! It was perfectly temped at medium and was well seasoned

“We had a lovely anniversary celebration at the Polo Lounge Westbury Manor. Oscar was our waiter and he was wonderful, anticipated our needs and was on top of everything. We started with Oysters Rockefeller and appetizer portion linguini with white clam sauce although for some it was enough to be a main course. We both had specials - filet mignon with chicken marsala and grilled baby lamb chops, shared a side of mashed potatoes. All dishes were very favorful and cooked perfectly. Meal was well timed, no rushing. Desserts were chocolate mousse and NY cheesecake - large slices. Music was enjoyable.“

“The atmosphere was very nice with a great lunch/brunch menu and very reasonable prices. The staff was very nice, but the service was veeeerrrrryyyyy slow. We didn't mind too much because it gave us a chance to chat and catch up, but normally it would have been a little frustrating. We would still return to give it another try. Everyone has an off day. But overall, we enjoyed our meal and the day was very pleasant.“

“What a great spot for a private party... The room upstairs has its own bar, bathrooms, and plenty of room for people to fit, with room to spare. I had 70 people for a brunch, and it wasn't even close to tight. Superb staff, friendly and on point for service. The food was fantastic as well. Highly recommended place for a party.“

“My experience with Prestige Palace Lounge was amazing!! I booked this venue to celebrate my 40th birthday and I am very pleased with my decision! Mark, the owner along with Winston was extremely helpful from beginning to end of the planning process. Mark never failed to respond to every concern and request I've made. He was very, professional, respectful and accommodating to my every needs. He recommended a good cook for my party , allowed me to bring my own cook and offered free bottles wine on the house! I can't thank him enough! I am very grateful for the service he provided.

He also allowed excessive amount of time for decoration set up and was extremely accommodating. The venue was beautiful and full of life with disco lighting and elegant ambiance. “I love to travel, and Revel restaurant in Garden City, NY, is truly one of the best restaurants I have been to. The managerial staff were very friendly and accommodating, the food was excellent, and the service was impeccable. Melissa, our server, explained everything so well, and she took her time with us. The wait staff worked with her seamlessly so that everything came out on time, and our water glasses were always full. The cuisine offered so many different choices, even for vegetarians and vegans. The vegetarian dishes I tried were a myriad of flavors, and it was so nice to experience new creations that I have never had at any other restaurant. Revel’s decor and lighting made us feel like we were somewhere very special but also comfortable. If I lived near this restaurant, I would visit frequently. We loved our experience.“

The staff seemed to be enthusiastic to serve us and have us try new things, took the time to explain our options and made confident recommendations. For a new establishment I guess I was expecting a bit more … maybe ask if we had been there before? Check back to see how our food was( it was outstanding), we got more help from the water girl Had to ask to clear table. Had to ask for check from the water girl? The server had much support. Seems she took our order and disappeared. But the server assistants were on point. Dinner was really good. We will go back… because of the food. Even the manager walked pasted us a dozen times. There were 6 tables.. perfect time for manager to mingle… just saying. Place is very nice, great menu too. Just left feeling ignored. Nice music too. Maybe the server was having a bad day? “My go to place for special occasions. Mike always makes us feel at home. Not only is the food fantastic, but the staff is helpful and kind. They even went out of their way to help my handicap mother get in and out of the car! Food is delicious and tons of variety when compared to the standard Italian restaurant. “Went in for breakfast. Our server was decent. Walked away as I was finishing telling him my order, which came out ICE COLD & WRONG!!!! I requested a ham, COOKED/SAUTÉED ONION & American cheese omelet, fries and RYE toast with crispy bacon. My omelet was well done, the onions RAW, fries were ice cold my bacon was not cooked and not there had to tell the runner, and my toast was marble. All this for OVER &50.00!!! The server came by, we were basically finished. Asked how everything was. How would he or the runner know our order. Neither one looked at the order. NEVER AGAIN!!!“

“Went here with my wife and friends. Everything we ate was delicious, I would recommend the steak sandwich, one of the best I have eaten, it was perfectly cooked medium rare with a garlic toasted roll and mushrooms, Fries were nice and crispy.
Service was very attentive, water glass was never empty for long, even chef came out to check on us which is a nice touch.

“Yes, there are gluten free items here that are marked on the menu HOWEVER I thankfully had a waitress that basically said that their is airborne flour everywhere and that cross contamination is almost guaranteed for anything baked in the oven with the pizza (for example their baked GF chicken Parm dish). I was so appreciative how clear she was, saying that the gluten free pasta is boiled separately though they still can't guarantee it is celiac-safe. I risked it and got a pasta dish and fortunately didn't get sick. I hope they can find a way to make truly Celiac safe gluten free foods because their GF pasta was phenomenal!“

Whether it be lunch during a day at the mall or to celebrate a birthday, Mother’s Day or a graduation we are always treated like family. The manager Sheila greets us with conversion and a smile. The servers are great and Anthony aka Tony is like family to us. My mom is always treated like royalty there. The food selection is great and tasty! We love the popovers with the strawberry butter and the amazing, truly amazing broth. The service it’s great but the food and the people themselves is what makes us continually return. My mom and I love a good Madison Ave salad with a side of conversion with Tony :) thanks for always treating us with kindness!“
