“I'm commenting about their brownie bite and vanilla ice cream desert for $3.99.. I was there today before six pm the desert looked nothing like it's displayed. It came out a half inch sliver of a brownie and a tea spoon of vanilla ice cream. They were generous with the chocolate syrup. The display of the desert shows a very nice portion of a brownie and a full scoop of ice cream ​topped off with chocolate syrup. Why so skimpy? My bill was over $100 for two people. We ordered two of this desert and both disappointed. Nothing in comparison to what is displayed.“

“I was greeted by a wonderful lady at the drive through who was friendly and spoke clearly and loudly (If you have ever had trouble hearing someone you can appreciate what I mean). The food was freshly prepared and delicious and the order had no errors. My favorite local McDonald's!“

Came back Desiree was super super sweet about it and gave us cookies for the inconvenience. We both used to work in a food industry so we totally understand that mistakes happen especially during rushes, Desiree was a sweetheart about the whole thing though. I appreciate everything she’s done for us she is the sweetest.“

“We tried the Classic Smashed Burger Tacos and the Mac Attack Burger at Burgerology — everything was seriously impressive. The sauces were perfectly balanced, the mac & cheese was incredible, and the burger tacos were absolutely amazing. Prices were very reasonable for the quality, the owner was extremely welcoming and attentive, and the staff were all super friendly. Definitely recommend this spot if you’re around Stony Brook.“

“So nice inside and the food is great!! it's about 10-ish bucks for a salad, and it's so worth it. I've gotten salads from the Pop salad section and i just tried a quesadilla with steak (omg soooo good, the steak is soft and juicy and seasoned just right). the salad is always fresh and tasty and the portions are big!! My quesadilla meal was about 13.50 without the drink but i have leftovers and I always have half a salad left so it's like 2 meals for 10-15 dollars...so worth it. The people that prep the food in the back are so nice too. Idk where they found these employees but they are just so genuine and friendly. Love this place. I recommend it to everyone lol“

“Ive always love checkers since I was a kid and this location has always been a favor for people around here. There's a large outdoor sitting area. That's nice for lunch during the summer. Every time I go here, no matter what time of day the staff is always extremely friendly and put out the food quick too. You also have to try the fries !“

“When ordering takeout, it’s hit or miss with the burger temperature. We order medium rare every time and sometimes it’s perfect, sometimes overcooked and sometimes undercooked. Seems like they need a better system for cooking to be more consistent.“

“This place has really good food!! I'm really picky too, it was so friggin good. They had a deal going where you choose your foods and they make you a platter/dish of food that I could not finish in one sitting, neither could my unc lol it was a lot of good food..did I mention it was only $7 a plate?! Usually $10, which is still totally worth it. I also tried their fries, OMG they're like Checkers Rallys fries but thicker!! So delicious and fresh!! All the food was fresh and the restaurant was immaculate. I will be going back here to eat. Hey, if you live near there...you're foolish to not eat there. I gave them 5⭐“

“Stopped at the Applebee's in Farmingville on May 5th, 2026 for a late lunch while in town for work. I work in the aerospace industry and as such, frequently travel the country and have ate at Applebee's on both coasts. What made the stop here memorable was the excellent service and genuine amiable nature of the server, Larisa. She was quick and responsive for all requests and a wealth of information regarding the locale and multiple other subjects. She represents what would be considered the epitome of service for that industry.“

“Came here with my grandma for mothers day and the food and service was amazing as always. Junior was our server and made sure everything we needed was taken care of. Coming in the middle of the day was nice since it wasn’t too busy will definitely be back again.“

“horrible experience. went before we saw vic dibitetto at staller center and they offered us 20% off our bill because of the show. made a reservation online and we were seatly pretty quickly but it pretty much went downhill from there. they had one waitress and she was overwhelmed. food took an hour and was cold by the time we got it. lesson learned and we wont be going again.“
