“I never write reviews but you have to try the egg foo yung here. The gravy is the best I’ve ever had. It’s dark, rich and almost has a peanuty flavor. This is my local takeout spot and I’ve been coveting this for so long that I had to say something. I usually do my best to have leftovers of the gravy to pour over katsu, it’s soooo good.“

“So many Asian restaurants overly sweeten their food to make it more appealing; the Golden Wok doesn’t do this - instead they provide great flavor and texture in their dishes. Delicious.
On top of that, have a food allergy that many restaurants do not take seriously. The folks here did, which made my experience with them much more enjoyable, not having to worry about going into anaphylaxis.
