Surfside Inn offers a dining experience with breathtaking views and incredibly delicious food, with Chef Shawn Hewitt being incredible and one of the top chefs on the East Coast. The waitstaff are charming and attentive, providing exceptional and friendly service. Customers praise dishes like baked clams, spare ribs, key lime pie, Caesar salad, tomato mozzarella salad, shrimp pasta, and ribeye steak special. The tuna tartare was spectacular and the filet mignon grilled to perfection. Lobster ravioli, Halibut, Steaks, and the fabulous chocolate cake were all favorites. The giant scallop was also excellent. Drinks like the spicy margarita and the espresso martini were awesome, with the marg possibly being a number one ever. The coconut martini was excellent. The ambiance is quiet and relaxing, with great tables offering beautiful ocean views. While it wasn’t a cheap meal, the high quality and fresh food make it worth it. The owners are gracious, adding to the special atmosphere. Montauk is beautiful, and the location of the Inn is perfect.
