This is the second time that I went to this Burger King in montecello, New York, and they purposely get your order wrong. So you can come out of your pocket more and spend more money. They charge me $8 for original Chicken Sandwich when they're only 5 and change that. And when they advertise the five dollar bundle and the in the seven dollar bundle, they up it a dollar for each one, something has to be done about this burger king, that they are robin people
They completely forgot my whopper with extra cheese. Just wasn’t in the bag. Fries had ZERO salt, the cheese on the cheeseburgers weren’t even melted. Mozzarella sticks could literally be bent in half, was cold. Like very cold and soggy.
So not only did I not get the food I paid for, the food I did get was terrible. I don’t even want a meal replacement. Or refund. I’ll never go back.

sorry, yesterday , young man did not put gloves on for onion rings. I did not hear him ask for eat in or take out. saw him makeing inside tray. Said take out. he asked for a girl with gloves. didn't happen. it was not busy.
