Always solid Thai from Mana Thai. This is a really small hole in the wall spot, not much room to eat in so we usually just order take-out. Our food was prepared on the spot by a Thai gentleman, presumably the owner. Everything was delicious! My favorite Thai dish is Yum Nuer beef salad; this version is a little heavy on onions but the flavors are all there - tangy, spicy, and fresh.
By far most authentic Thai in the area. Have ordered most of the classic Thai dishes and so far everything has been delicious, properly spiced and not overly oily like most pan-asian restaurants around. Have stopped ordering from our old go-to places if we are craving Thai specifically.

We were looking for a Thai restaurant in Mount Kisco and decided to try Mana Thai Cuisine. It's a small place in the Five Guys/Petco shopping center. Don't let looks deceive you- the food was freshly prepared and was delicious! We had a nice conversation with the owner, he has a passion for what he does. If you're looking for authentic Thai food, this is a great choice!
