If you love a good bagel and are in the area of Zimi, this is a great hot bagel. 10:30 am. on a Sunday, and they were making hot bagels. I was able to get a plain with just butter to get the full flavor, This is a soft inside with a golden lightly crisp outside. Whenever I return to Rockland, I am always amazed by the new places and stores opening up. I’m relieved that Zimi’s is still around! I always make it an effort to come to Zimi’s at least once during my visit. Throughout the years— they have been consistently delicious. Bagels are ALWAYS fresh and the sandwiches are bomb.
