“I was looking for authentic NY bagels, which most sellers don't have.Got lucky at Kathy's Bagels. Just discovered this location, brought home 2 bagels, toasted the 'everything bagel' added butter. Delicious!! Perfect texture and so tasty! Also bought the cheddar bagel, I'm so looking forward to having soon. I was pleasantly surprised with the vast number of foods they offer, from deli to hot prepared meals and more. I highly recommend Kathy's Bagels Cafe & Deli if you're looking for quality food and delicious taste! Very friendly staff, welcoming environment and pleasant experience!“

“This small business is just wonderful. The food is delicious, the bagels and sandwiches are so fresh and tasty and the bagels are large. I purchased here a few times via the TGTG app and purchased bagels and their delicious home made assorted flavor cream cheeses. Additionally, the owner Ernesto and his wife are so genuine, customer service focused and take pride in the products/service they provide to their clients and community. I definitely recommend this bagel shop and more as one of the BEST in NJ and I drive 7 miles from Maywood,NJ to support them while purchasing their outstanding products!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“This was my second time visiting this café. The first time we tried the bagels and really enjoyed them. This time, we ordered an Italian hero, but it honestly didn’t impress me. I know it’s a simple dish, but it didn’t meet my expectations. The lettuce was served as a whole leaf instead of being properly chopped, and the sandwich was quite dry—I had to ask for extra vinegar to make it better.

The service is good, but this is definitely a place for bagels. I wouldn’t expect much from the rest of the menu.“

“This has to be one of the Best bagel stores in NJ. Eric and Christie are amazing owners and everything is made fresh, including the variety of Cream cheeses they offer. Have to try the sundried tomato cream cheese, it is a favorite. The staff are friendly and pleasant and very efficient in what they do. I call ahead my order being they are always busy. Don't be surprised if when you arrive there is a line out the door, they are that good. 👍“

“I deliver David’s bagels their Tropicana drinks and have to say they are the nicest people. Paula and Javier treat you so well and so does everyone else behind the counter. For some reason almost every bagel place has terrible feng shui, they make you crowd into a cramped corner and you are in everybody's way while you wait for your order, or you gotta stand amongst the tables with your butt in somebody's face. “Taking off one star because they don’t post their prices you have to go online to see how much things cost. Good local deli. Staff are nice, food is comparable to other NJ delis. Price are a bit higher, but reasonable for northern NJ. There are all of the deli breakfast and lunch type sandwiches, snacks and drinks. In a strip mall so convenient for after Kid classes in an adjacent business.“
