“It was my first visit, and the bagels were incredibly fresh with a perfect texture.
Crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside — just the way real New York–style bagels should be.
They have a great variety of spreads, and the staff were super friendly and welcoming.
I’m definitely coming back with friends to try more flavors next time.

“U know its going to be good when u walk into the tiny front room and its always packed. Quality ny service n they make sure youre taken care of even through the crowd of people. Been here a few times and both times the food was pretty good. Expecially for the price! Burrittos are huge n tastey. Bagels n cinimmon rolls are monster sized! Recommend this place for sure if youre in the area lookin for a quick bite.“

“This was my second time visiting this café. The first time we tried the bagels and really enjoyed them. This time, we ordered an Italian hero, but it honestly didn’t impress me. I know it’s a simple dish, but it didn’t meet my expectations. The lettuce was served as a whole leaf instead of being properly chopped, and the sandwich was quite dry—I had to ask for extra vinegar to make it better.

The service is good, but this is definitely a place for bagels. I wouldn’t expect much from the rest of the menu.“

“I deliver David’s bagels their Tropicana drinks and have to say they are the nicest people. Paula and Javier treat you so well and so does everyone else behind the counter. “I found this gem of a spot when visiting family in NJ. This has to be the best I’ve had since becoming celiac 6 years ago. The bakery items are to die for and the bagel breakfast sandwiches are the best ever. I got to stop in this past weekend and got a few goodies to bring home. If you are gluten free and in the are do not pass this place up.“

“This neighborhood deli is packed with character and options. I ordered a classic lox and scallion cream cheese—fresh, briny, and generously portioned. The scallion cream cheese had the perfect tang and herbal kick, complementing the lox beautifully. I also grabbed a cup of their Oreo pudding—rich, sweet, and creamy without being overly heavy. A nostalgic treat done right.

“It’s a little corner bagel shop and this was superb at many directions.
I had just a quick breakfast and mine was a bagel with CC and another one with butter.
One for later obviously but with a coffee add up only to $8.
Bagels were how old school type was crispy and chewy.
Just a regular cup of coffee tasted so good much better than trendy chais like Starbucks.
Totally satisfied with the food and drink and services by the guys.

“This is our favorite place for bagels in Tenafly. We moved from NYC and missed our morning bagels and thought we’d never find a good replacement. Their bagels are soft enough but not doughy and their everything bagel has the perfect amount of seasoning. I like that this bagel has a little salt in the seasoning and a little onion bite. “This is constructive criticism, but when one of those white girls makes my sandwich i immediately know that the sandwich is going to be mediocre. No matter how many times you tell them “TOAST THE BREAD” they don’t listen. Especially when it’s a hot sandwich, by the time you get home the sandwich morphs into mush & it’s a soggy mess. Very disappointing.“

“I love this place. I normally go there in the morning, so this review is pretty much based on the bagels or bagel sandwiches I get. But they are great. The bagels are made there. They're awesome. They make the bacon, egg, and cheese sandwiches even more delicious. Their coffee is good and the staff is friendly. I can only imagine their Latino food is just as good. Street parking is limited but that's the only thing that is even remotely negative and that's not their fault! I would say if you try them, you won't be disappointed.“

I rated atmosphere at five because it’s possible to speak with other locals at tables and chairs (5 tables and 15 chairs including a single table and chair next to a south facing window -great sun trap on a cold morning). My favourite is an everything bagel with cream cheese toasted and coffee.“
