“The Park Bakery is one of the Best on the Northshore of Suffolk. The cakes, pies, pastries, and cookies are excellent.
Very good selection of breads and rolls.
Terrific seasonal fruit pies and cakes along with themed displays for Holiday's. Nice selection of small pastries. Had some company for the July 4th weekend. The Chocolate Mousse cake, Fruit pie heaped with fresh fruit, cheese cake and cookies were a big hit. My guests complained that the desserts were To Good and they were all overeating.
Service is quick and efficient.

So I order a slice of Teramasu, I have to say it was absolutely delicious, and it came in a nice pink box with flatware on a flat black plate. “If there was an option for ten stars, I'd rate this place ten stars across the board! EVERY time I go to this location in Bay Shore, I'm so impressed on how spotless the whole place is. The one lady & man (he's usually in the back unless a few customers come in) that are always there are so nice. The lady is constantly cleaning up after herself after everything she makes. You can see that they work hard & appreciate the business. They give excellent customer service & I HIGHLY recommend this Carvel!

“Our wedding cake was absolutely perfect! We requested a chocolate sponge cake with alternating layers of chocolate and strawberry mousse filling. It was delicious and beautifully presented. We saved some cake for a few days after our wedding to have with family and it was still just as good as the night of! The Rolling Pin was a very easy vendor to book as they made the process of deciding on our cake and ordering our cake very smooth. When we picked up our samples, I also grabbed a blueberry scone for the drive home and it was so good. If they weren't so far from where we live, I'd be going to the bakery regularly for my sweets!“

“Benkert’s is our go-to for everything bakery related. We’ve never had anything we didn’t love from them. We got our wedding cake from them and it’s truly the most beautiful cake I’ve ever seen, and I’m still getting compliments on how it looked and tasted weeks later. When we were ordering they were very flexible with flavors and gave us plenty of options, they didn’t say no to anything we wanted, everything was possible. You can tell they really care about what they do. You are in good hands with Benkert’s.“

“My sons and I came here for the first time today and we were pleasantly surprised with how creamy and delicious the frozen yogurt is. I had the triple chocolate, my older son had the cookies and cream, and my younger son had a mix of cotton candy and peanut butter. There are a wide variety of options, and I appreciate the clearly labeled alerts to meet people’s dietary restrictions (soy, non-dairy, gluten free, etc). We can’t wait to come back for more!“
