I went in for my first time this morning with my daughter. I didn’t spend enough to use my card and that is all I had. The very nice gentleman there told me to come back and pay next time I’m in the area! That was so nice. Being that it was my first time in there he couldn’t have recognized me as a repeat customer who will probably be back, for all he knew I could never show my face again but he wished me a great day and sent me on my way with the bagels for my daughter...read full review
My first stop every time I'm in New City. My home away from home! Great food- even better people! Couldn't say enough about the owner along with his staff.

The bagels are delicious but the service was horrible. It was busy but not crazy. I started to give my order but the cashier walked away to make the 1st item before I could order more. Then he came back to reconfirm it and said the wrong item. I correct him. He walked away before I could ask for anything else. I finally get his attention to order more food but then the manager finally stepped in to help. I decided to cut my order short. They finally hand me my food , wrapped...read full review
