I met Mariah and her posse last night walking into abc sports and fitness and stopped to chat on my way out. Mariah as very engaging and gave me a sample bowl that I finished before I sat down in my car. I am probably butchering the recipe but it was a quinoa, chicken, veggie, chipotle persuasion. This is the stuff I would buy 20 lbs of and eat for about a week if I was too busy to cook. Tastes almost too good to be clean, but it isn’t. When traveling it’s hard to find restaurant/take-out food that won’t make you feel like crap after you eat; this place is just like you picked up fresh groceries and prepared it yourself. Good portion sizes, great flavor, reasonable prices. Highly recommend!

Love it!You can actually get a reasonably priced healthy meal here, efficiently.I LOVED the arugula salad with blue cheese dressing.The decor is beautiful and the staff is super sweet and quick.
