Don't lie to your customers
Disappointed. Nobody met us upon entry to seat us. Items on menu were not available. Server was rude. Soup served cold. Manager took over for server because we were "too demanding" even though the customer is "always right." AFTER paying, I told the manager that he failed to handle the situation well by allowing a server to be rude and then not even so much as offering an iota of compensation.
