I want to start by saying I love the Bakery! I’ve been a loyal customer for 3 years now. However, I have grown increasingly frustrated with the system that is in place for ordering. I have come to the Bakery since I was in grade school and it was always a great experience. I love all of the gluten free options and how close it is to my place of work. However in the last couple of years the staff is completely incompetent. They are too busy socializing behind the counter to take the order correctly.
