“Four people behind the counter and only me ordering two coffees. Took way too long because they were busy doing other things. Customer should come before counting your cash. But there is plenty of parking. And the place is very clean with enough tables and chairs. And the coffee was delicious. Accessible ♿️.

“Whenever I had craving for a sweet snack you can bet I simply stopped by Dunkin Donuts. The Main Street on New Rochelle had so many options for quick food but one place I always felt comfortable walking into was definitely this place. Per my observation it was a scene for people between the ages of 15 to 30. Not too many large families passed through here. They had a small sized parking lot right outside as well as one on the hill behind them.Because I happened to enter their establishment around the same time each time I happened to always meet several donuts warm on the rack and ready. One of their tastiest products is the Chicken Snack N' Go. I think DD should do more to promote this item and I would recommend that everyone try it since it's not very expensive.“
“Honestly I don’t understand all these horrible reviews why don’t we speak upon rude customers? I went there today to order an ice coffee and the manager was nice and polity while a customer just rudely gave attitude over an items that’s not even part of the summer. Like come on. She held herself and I give it up to her because honestly some of YOU customers are so rude and unnecessary to people that are simply doing there job. I honestly love this atmosphere they are so nice. I wish I could give more then a 5 star, I will keep coming.“
“Decent Dunkin located in the shopping plaza. Enter directly through the front, or up a metal staircase through the rear. Kind of narrow and cramped. Service is not always the quickest or the most personable. Still, they get the job done. Doughnuts are always fresh and the coffee always hot and delicious.

“This location is certainly one of the 'order in person and take to go' Dunkin locations as there is very limited seating available. The facility is clean and open, with very fast and courteous staff. Good amount of parking and prime street corner location. Solid Dunkin.
Parking: Parking lot has a one-way traffic flow, starting from the corner and heading up North Avenue. You may have to make a small turn onto the side street to enter the lot properly.“
