I was given COLD j*** chicken and when i asked for hot chicken I was given my money back. I asked, "you dont have anything hot", he replied its been since the morning. I then asked, "Is the chicken on warmers" he responded yes but it couldn't have been. The chicken was COLD to touch. Very POOR customer service. I had a 16th birthday party here recently. This venue gave me some red flags closer to my party date but I kept with them because I liked the blank canvas of the space. 1. The husband gave me a contract, but the wife tried adding new charges to the balance.2. They charged me $450 for an extra hour at the venue 3. Food is good when you can find the truck. I’ve attempted 2-3x to go get food from the truck based on their scheduling posted weekly/daily on their Instagram and to my surprise the truck wasn’t there. No Instagram update stating that truck had either closed for the day or changed locations. It shouldn’t be difficult to provide the customer with an update.
