“I am editing my original review, because the situation was resolved after nearly a month of waiting for a refund and multiple calls to corporate . The manager called me, apologized for everything and issued a refund. She also sent me meal vouchers as compensation for all of my time spent on phone calls and driving back and forth. She was very polite and easy to deal with. I can't rate the food because I didn't eat anything from there, but inside was very clean and extremely busy, which is usually an indication that it's a good place to eat.
I ordered food through the McDonald's app to pickup. When I pulled into the parking space reserved for pickup, I selected #4 from the app. I sat in my car for nearly 25 minutes waiting for my order to be brought out. Other people were getting out of their cars and gathering near the take out window, while others had their hand on the horn. I got out of my car, and walked over to the group of people who were obviously very annoyed. I was told that the employees had closed the restaurant to clean, and were not serving food. The door had a sign that read "closed for repairs". Everyone, including myself, had already paid for their meal through an online app. No-one received their order nor were they provided a refund. This incident occurred on October 9th of 2024, and I am still waiting for my refund!! The situation was not only a waste of valuable time, but was very aggravating. The employee who appeared to be in charge, didn't even make an attempt at apologizing to me or anyone else near me. I think I deserve a refund at least.“
“I had not gone inside that location for quite sometime. But the experience was good and I enjoyed the food and the service. It was nice to order from the cashier rather then the kiosk that you find at other locations. The cashier was very knowledgeable of the promotions and made suggestions guiding me through the order. I truly appreciated his help and the effort he put in.“
