“I had never been there before. Just wanted a simple bacon and cheese on a toasted bagel. Everything about it was perfect. It had enough cheese which is rare these days. The bagel is perfectly toasted. The egg texture was perfect it was absolutely delicious give it a 10. I go all over the entire Hudson valley and go to every Delhi and bagel shop around and this was as good as any bacon egg and cheese I've ever gotten. And I can't make that statement for the majority of them. If I'm in that area I would definitely go there again just to get another one because it tasted so good. Some bagel shops are cuter and nicer inside it wasn't but I wasn't there for the atmosphere I just wanted a good sandwich quick and that's what I got. But it was really good“

“Oh, the irony! So many grumpy reviewers complaining about a grumpy owner. This place has the best bagels in the area. We stop in whenever our drive takes us close enough to the shop for a justifiable breakfast detour. I suggest that you ignore the complainers and go get yourself some good bagels.“

“Yes, as a discerning NYC bagel enthusiast, I'm always searching for the perfect bagel. Since this was my first visit to this place, I chose my usual—a plain garlic bagel, not toasted (because a fresh bagel doesn't need to be toasted), with just butter so I could enjoy the flavor of both the bagel and the topping. Both exceeded expectations, featuring rich, generous toppings—much better than many places that skimp nowadays. The crust had that light, firm texture typical of water bagels, and the bagel was slightly chewy, just as it should be. A great find; I’ll definitely return multiple times.“

“This was our first time coming here and it was fantastic! The staff is so kind and helpful. They were also very busy but they kept their cool and were patient with their customers. That alone speaks volumes of the management and staff. Good job guys! I haven’t even talked about the food yet. The Hobo on an everything bagel was delicious! It got brought to our table still steaming hot. And the service was so quick. I also like that there’s plenty of places to sit. This is our new spot. I had the breakfast burrito., AWESOME.
A simple, straightforward deli/breakfast type place. I watched several orders come out. The plates were full of freshly made food.
My burrito was the size of a brick, and delicious. Everyone I saw eat enjoyed their meal, clean plates, empty bowls.
The ladies working there were quite friendly and all smiles. The service was great, the tables clean, and atmosphere simple and inviting.

“We love these beefy bagels! The egg bagel with chive cream cheese and loaded with veggies was terrific: it was loaded with fresh ingredients including avocado, lettuce, tomato, onion, and cucumber.

The bagels are all made in house - fresh daily.

The facility was clean and welcoming. The menu had a variety of options - you can ask for almost any variation that you would like! They are accommodating.“

“I went here in the morning around 8:30am-9am for breakfast sandwich. Both times was great, service was quick and the food came out hot. I ate inside and was a nice atmosphere to have a quick bite to eat for breakfast. I asked for a Egg, Sausage and Bacon (extra crispy bacon) and they cooked it exactly how I wanted it.
