I know this Dunkin location has some bad reviews but I have had mostly good experiences here. While the drive thru is often busy in the mornings, I find the staff to be efficient and nice. While the food and coffee aren't life-changing (for the price I don't expect it to be), they're always tasty. A minor complaint that I'm sure the staff has no control over - my Dunkin app never seems to work there. The employees say it's a common problem but who knows. I stop by here pretty often and for the most part, the service is ok. Seems they have a lot of turn around. Today I stopped by around 4pm and got a medium black regular and med black dark roast……The best cup of coffee my wife and I have had from any Dunkin D’s hands down!!!! Good job ladies????

This is the best Dunkin' as far as customer service I've ever been to. I have been here at 4 AM, 12 PM, 5 PM, and no matter the time of day I have never been treated poorly by an employee and have always been welcomed /served with a cheery voice or a smile. It is definitely appreciated when you feel like, the jerk off customer placing the first order at 4:01 AM lol. They should teach the employees at the route 300 location a little bit about customer service
