This Dunkin was better before the employee changes month ago.. I just have one question .. as petty as it is… how hard is it to toast a bagel dark……….this actually seems to be an across the board issue for Dunkin but it was ok here before the turnover….you ask for a bagel toasted “dark” and when you get it it’s just barely warm with hardly any cream cheese.. the cream cheese amount is another issue altogether… cmon over 3 dollars...read full review
