“This is the best Dunkin' as far as customer service I've ever been to. I have been here at 4 AM, 12 PM, 5 PM, and no matter the time of day I have never been treated poorly by an employee and have always been welcomed /served with a cheery voice or a smile. “Such a delightful little donut shop! We got a two-pack and they came out hot and fresh minutes after we ordered. I love being able to customize the flavor and toppings. They were very sweet, and I don't like things that are overly sweet, so it surprised me how much I still liked them. They are really affordable too, $2.75 for a single donut and cheaper if you buy more than one. Definitely a must get if you're in Beacon!“

“I've come here a few times and am always very happy. Some of their donuts can be a bit too sweet for me but overall the highest quality donuts I've ever had. They also emphasize other local businesses and transparency in their food. I also like how clear they are about general food allergy policies. They change up the flavors pretty frequently, although with the variety you always find something to eat. I highly recommend the apple fritter, lavender vanilla, New York cream, and almond joy. We also tried the Arnold Palmer which was a bit too tart but a very interesting combination (iced tea and lemonade)Their other specialty of the day was a dirt donut with chocolate pudding filling and cookie crumble/gummy worms on top. Loved the concept but the filling was a touch too sweet. Regardless, this is an excellent establishment and you can tell a lot of love goes into the food. There is a nearby parking lot around the corner. “This is the nicest Dunkin’ I’ve visited in a while. The store was very clean and decorated beautifully for the holidays. Everyone including the manager were all very nice. And the food was fresh and the coffee delicious. Would highly recommend this store over other places for your coffee pick-me-up!“

“I prefer to visit to this location with two other locations in proximity to where I live. 100% of my visits go this location have been a great experience. Whether I come morning or afternoon the staff is always welcoming and friendly. No one at this location is unhappy or doesn't seem to dislike their job. The other two locations (1) Little Britain Road (2) US 9W are not friendly or welcoming. I have been to the other locations multiple times in the am and they don't greet you with minimum "Good Morning" their greetings is as follows "Can I help you".
