dining room was closed, so we were forced to go through drive thru. They asked if I wanted mild or spicy, and I said spicy. They then said they only have mild (why even ask!). Got home, about 20 minutes away and the entire order was wrong. Missing my side, have my wife the wrong chicken. Absolutely incompetent staff.
I just want to say that I am writing this review due to my SINCERE LOVE for Popeyes.
On Friday May 28th 2021 at 6:30pm I visited this location in the drive through. I will start by saying that the food was absolutely fresh and delicious. What was not amazing was the customer service. In fact it was the worst experience I have had at a Popeyes and like I said I love Popeyes.
