we had a great time! the machine was easy to use, room was clean, and the staff were really really nice to us. we had a mistake with our booking but they charged us for the number of people who were there rather than the number of people on the booking. they warned us when our hour of drinks was about to run out so that we could get topped up beforehand, and they didn't try to upsell us or anything like that. the big thing they did, however! was that when I paid the bill, somewhat...read full review
My friends and I came here after we had to cancel our other karaoke reservation because of a drop in attendee and they took us completely last minute on a Friday night. We got food and open bar and it was really good! Bartender was pretty rude but we had so much fun and the song selection was so good, we'd definitely come back.
