Nice location across from the park. Fast service. But uh... more expensive than I expected.
It would rank well as a $1 pizza place but it's not so it rates poorly as a regular pizza place.

Recently went here. The pizza is NOT worth it for 1.50 (because yeah, they changed the name of their store to "1.50 pizza"). If you ask me, this pizza is worth even less than $1. It's that bad. I got some pepperoni pizza from here, and the pepperoni looked like it was moldy. I had to remove the toppings from it to eat it. But yeah, if that's how they messed up the pepperoni, I can't even begin to imagine how the hotdogs are. I'm only giving it 2 stars because I overheard the conversation of some skateboarder kids who starred in a commercial and because of pleasant it was. Apparently, one of the kids saw Adam Sandler play some basketball in the wild, and honestly, I don't know if that would be a funny sight or not. He did sound honest about it, so I'm taking his word on it.
almost edible
staff is incredibly rude

This place is a joke. They forcibly add on a “tip” to your order. I asked for one slice of cheese pizza and a can of soda, which came out to being $3.50. I paused, and when I asked for the price breakdown, the guy said $1.50 for the slice, $1 for the soda, and then $1 for the tip. I asked the guy “so you guys are just automatically charging for a tip?” And he said “yeah, nobody tips anymore”, which is an insane sentence to say both in the context of the situation and the wider trend of tipping being added on to every purchase in general. This happened around October, but maybe people would be more likely to tip or leave the change if they weren’t being charged extra without their permission or if they would hand your card back instead of just setting it down by their scanner, forcing you to have to reach across to get your own card back (which happened on a different time I went here). Ever since that surreptitiously added-on “tip”, I’ve never been back and walk one extra block to give another pizza place my money out of principle.

Got the $1.50 slice of cheese. Took one bite and threw it away. I’ve had so much better pizza. Even a block away. This place seems popular though. Every night there’s a crowd out front. They have a bunch of different flavors/topping combinations.
Vegetarian options: They had several pies without meat. Margarita and vodka among others.

Prices are fake on the menu, they'll just charge you whatever they feel like. Took $3 of my money for a $1.50 pizza.
Pizza sucks anyway, there's 0 cheese on it and it feels like cardboard

This is a pizza place right across from the park. They have a few pies in the front where you can order slices. The workers here are rude, talking on the phone to friends instead of helping customers. They also don't take credit cards if you're not gonna order a full pie, so unless you have cash, it's not worth going in. Also just in general, I wouldn't go here because there's way better pizza places nearby. Lastly, the prices outside are wrong and the real prices are inside which are way more. Overall one of the worst pizza places in NY which is saying a lot.

Their prices are WRONG. Their menu says $2.75 for two slices and a soda, but they will charge you more. I would have no problem if they changed their menu or gave you advanced warning but they do not. Instead, they insist on breaking the law.

Worst pizza on Est side. Nearly no cheese. I’ll never come back again. The employee was mistreated us also. Don’t go.

Its $1.50 cheese slice was good. The guy strongly recommended the vodka slice. It was good, but the bottom was burnt though. Pepperoni slice was okay.

The staff here were really rude and asked me for a tip, which was a bit mandatory. Disgusting.
Fresh pizza
One of the worst slices I’ve had ever. Barely heated up and horrible customer service
