Found this place by accident and decided to try it for dinner. Food was excellent, service was exceptional! Our server Dom was one of a kind and made our experience great. Only a few people can match that type of service in the industry! We will definitely be coming back.

When you see someone truly committed to making your experience enjoyable, it really stands out. I will genuinely miss having my dinners here—especially thanks to Victoria, the bartender. She always remembered my preferences, made great suggestions for both food and drinks, and was a pleasure to talk to. Her attention to detail made every visit feel special. If you go, definitely try the Espresso Martini (amazing!) and the Rose’s Bath—though the latter is a bit small for the price, it’s still a nice option.
The food overall is very good. I loved the pasta, the burger is a bit basic but comes with plenty of delicious fries, and the New York steak—while a bit overpriced—was absolutely worth it for the flavor.
The restaurant itself is elegant and beautifully designed. I would highly recommend it for a fancy dinner out, or if you're staying at the hotel and have dining credits, it's 100% worth using them here.

We had breakfast here every morning. Normally greeted with a bad face. But this particular morning we had Kadir.
He was very welcoming and made a good coffee.
Kadir was very welcoming and attentive. Would highly recommend!! Coffee came promptly and hot.
We had a very unpleasant dining experience today, mainly due to the rude behavior of a male staff member dressed in black.
Right after he put down the check, he walked away, but then kept coming back repeatedly while we were still chatting, telling us the restaurant was about to close. He even took the check away without us asking, and came back multiple times to clear our dishes — clearly rushing us out.
What made it worse was that the tip was already included in the bill without any prior notice. In our past dining experiences, this is highly unusual — it typically only happens when the meal is over, the party is large (usually six or more people), or the bill reaches a high amount. None of those applied to us. His behavior felt discriminatory. It made us wonder if we were being treated this way because we’re Asian — as if we’re easier to take advantage of.
In addition, he lacked basic manners and hospitality. He didn’t clear the dirty dishes left by previous customers, and after we were already seated, he told us to move, saying that a group of three could only sit at a table for two, even though many other seats were clearly available. He acted like he didn’t see us and completely ignored our needs, which made us feel disrespected and unwelcome.
All we wanted was to enjoy a nice meal, but his behavior really ruined the entire experience. I hope the restaurant takes this seriously and addresses this kind of service issue promptly.
One of the most unpleasant hotel breakfast locations I’ve ever had to sit in

My mom was visiting from out of town and we opted to have dinner here Saturday night after returning from a theater matinee and breakfast the next morning due to the convenience. I ordered the Cobb salad which was delicious and my mom had the tomato soup which was outstanding. I had a glass of rose (generous pour) and my mom opted for a glass of prosecco. We shared fries which were also delicious. Special thank you to Jeffrey our server who was efficient, accommodating and fun to chat with! For breakfast, I had the most amazing avocado toast and my mom had eggs with potatoes. Special thank you to our waiter Abu who was excellent and to our host Dumar who was welcoming and friendly and who seated us in a corner booth which I love. Prices are what you would expect to pay in a hotel restaurant in NYC.

If you’re staying in the hotel, they charge you extra 30 per day to make you spend in the restaurant. The food is fine but the menu is overpriced (one coffee costs 8). The service is messy and

Completely overpriced, nothing special about the food, and unhelpful staff who seem to be overworked. Tried dinner and breakfast.

Located within the Millennium Hilton New York One UN Plaza, the Ambassador Grill offers a dining experience that leaves patrons with mixed feelings. While the establishment boasts a convenient location and decent burgers, its service falls short of expectations, signaling a need for improved team training. Additionally, it's worth noting that patrons may feel pressured as the restaurant forces the inclusion of tips, detracting from the genuine hospitality experience.

Food was cold and took very long, not as fancy and cool as shown on the Internet. The marketing is great, the reality is different. The Gyozas were cold but tasted good. Main course was not amazing but okay. Service is doing their best. Cocktails are good.
