Basically the same quality donburi bowls you get in Japan. Incredibly fresh and what I love is the large portion of uni you can get with the uni bowl, as well as large selection of fish toppings.
Lovely place! Amazing food, great atmosphere (and music!), and very friendly staff (not the fake American way, more like distanced at first, but genuine). Definitely will come again next time I'm in NYC!
