Il Tinello is a wonderful, old-school Northern Italian restaurant in Manhattan. The food is outstanding, especially the veal chop, and the service is excellent - making guests feel like the most important table. Though a bit expensive and sometimes loud, it offers a warm and subdued atmosphere, delivering a great dining experience worth returning to.
