Ambrosia is a restaurant with decent food but terrible service. The staff seems more interested in themselves or their phones than attending to customers. One customer had to raise their hand and say "excuse me" to get any attention, only to receive a very nasty look from a female staff member. The interior is gorgeous, the bar staff friendly, and the espresso martini delicious. However, seating can be lacking, especially during happy hour. The staff tends to be more pleasant with each other than with customers, and the prices are considered overpriced. While the atmosphere is beautiful, the service is lacking compared to other nearby establishments like The Ivory Peacock.
