Fabulous bits to eat! Must stop in the area for breakfast, brunch or lunch! Coffee was spot on! Wanted the gelato but ordered too much already!

Wow! What a classy and artsy cafe. The pastries are stunning and delicious. The atmosphere was luxurious, though lots of close tables. Very good service. We'll be back.

I have visited the bakery on Lexington Ave. Very expensive and very exclusive delicately made French masterpieces. The hot chocolate that they are known for is very rich. I just tried a little shot size cup of it and was fully satisfied. They sell great sandwiches and salads too. Excellent spot near Lenox Hill Hospital.

I was reluctant to go to this Angelina as I didn't anticipate that it would be like the Angelina on Rue de Rivoli in Paris, but it was so similar -- down to the slow/disorganized service -- lol. In truth, the service here was a little better than in Paris. The decor, menu and preparations all seem to be the same as their original in Paris. It was so wonderful to be transported back to our days in 0Paris. Their famous hot chocolate is a bit too rich for us, so we love their onion soup and desserts, and were not disappointed. What an unexpected joy!

Pros Pleasant dining room in the back of the bakery store. Wide selection for breakfasts and afternoon teas of French pastries and desserts. Quality French cooking. Cons Very limited menu for lunch. While my chicken turned out to be quite good I would have preferred other meat options. Average service. Poor acoustics even though the tables are well spaced out. Wine by the glass choices are such that only one red wine is offered and I did not like it at all. Clearly Angelina offers excellent pastries but one would welcome a greater focus on a fuller list of main courses dishes .

We were there in between office and restaurant for diner. Did not have time this time to have there outstanding real thick chocolate, but enough to have their Millefeuille (great crispy) and the chesnut speciality.

What an incredible Parisian cafe in the heart of New York City! We love Paris and as soon we stepped inside we felt like we were in Paris again! We had excellent service from the manager (who is from Paris) and a young gentleman from Ireland. Our food was perfect; Mrs. M had a chocolate crepe and I had the French Toast. The French Toast was without a doubt the best I've ever had. We seldom repeat restaurants when we visit New York, but we are definitely coming back to Angelina Park!
