I came here after seeing the Bing Buzz review this place and it definitely lived up to the hype! We got the spicy ham and pate sandwhich and the spicy bbq pork sandwhich and both were so delicious for just under $10 bucks each. There’s a small standing section where you can eat your food, but we took it to go since it was such a nice day out. They also speak chinese!

Used to be my favorite banh mi spot but not sure what happened to the bread. I visited this past Saturday during lunch and it was not fresh. I ate one half of the banh mi and when I ate the other half an hr later, the bread was rock hard and inedible. Plus side is the variety of fillings - BBQ pork / chicken, even vegetarian options. I also enjoy their shrimp summer rolls.

I used to rave about this place. I came when they first opened & would tell everyone to go there. Before - bread fresh, soft crunchy on outside & STUFFED with fillings! Unfortunately quality is no longer the same - dry, day old bread (I came in the morning) and WAY less fillings in the sandwich. I’m so disappointed. I paid for the quality I remember. This review is to hopefully help the owner revert back to the original Banh Mi Saigon. From a long time customer - PLEASE consider for the sake of your business & customers, because we noticed the change
A decent spot for a quick grab and go. I ordered the classic banh mi. The pickled veggies and cucumber were very fresh.
I could still not taste butter and pate on the bread. but overall a decent place for a quick meal.
No chairs. But they have table like structure against the wall for whoever wants to stand up and enjoy their meal.

my beef with onion and lemon grass sandwich was DISGUSTING. The beef was 100% gristle and fat. I assume they get shipments of meat diverted from Riker's Island prison, because I have to assume that this is what prison food is like. YUCK.
