We ate here for a late lunch. We had the hotpot and bbq. The restaurant was clean and modern. We had a language barrier with our waitress but that didn’t make the experience bad and we were able to get all we wanted by the photos on the menu. We got 4 different individual hotpot’s to try. Hometown is a clean and big restaurant with affordable prices to eat all you want in Chinatown.The staff is patient and kind, but quite busy since the restaurant is big with many tables. We were 8 and were seated in the large room in the back. There was a SPECIAL PRICE including all you can eat hotpot and bbq combo for 41.99 plus taxes for 1.5 hours. Delicious food for a great price! It’s the best place to have birthday parties (the birthday girl/boy eats free with parties of like 5+ or something), the staff is very sweet and I don’t think you can get a better deal in Manhattan!
