Tomas the guy at the counter was the best and he let me pay card and cash cause I didn’t have enough on my card for the burger. Also the bagels are pristine here and the various cream cheese flavors are so amazing. And he gave my friend a free iced coffee. The people here are so wonderful! Such a great environment.
5/5 The number 50 spinach bagel with egg white and Advocado is AMAZING. Add some mayo to it so it’s not too healthy and still tastes great !

They gave me the wrong order with a burnt bagel. It wasn’t toasted so idk how it was burnt. I ordered a plain bagel with scallion cream cheese and I got a bad bagel with a whisper of cream cheese :(

I would always stop by this place in order to get my daily breakfast before work It was part of my routine Unfortunately, one issue led me to not come back here anymore, and I think it would be such an easy fix
The problem is that about 90% of people order at the cash register. The remaining 10% of customers walk straight through to the back of the counter in order to place their order with the person in the back who is making the food
Those people continuously skip the line and get their food before others that have ordered before them
I think the layout of the place is flawed and I think you should either make everyone order with the guy in the back or make everybody order at the cash register
I don’t want to be one of the people who skip the line by walking to the back, but I also don’t want other people to skip ahead in front of me
so the only solution for me is to no longer go here

Literally the worst bagel I’ve ever had - weirdly chunky tofu cc and they over toasted the bagel to the point it was black even though I asked for it to be “lightly toasted”

Bagels are huge and delicious. Not really a good place to sit and eat your bagel but great bagels! Great prices too! Would recommend adding the jalapeño cream cheese to the bagel.

I get that workers are in a rush to get food out, but c’mon. I was really craving a toasted raisin bagel with cream cheese and (JELLY). Instead what I got was a soggy raisin bagel with EXCESSIVE amount of cream cheese and barely any Jelly. When I opened it. It was oily, awfully wrapped. Cream cheese all over the place. Unacceptable.
