Last night I went with my wife and we’d presence a really uncomfortable situation. The manager screamed to a server from one side of the main room to another and it looked really chaotic. I don’t know what you guys changed but this used to be a fun place a few months ago.

We spent Thanksgiving dinner with our family at this great place in NY! The atmosphere was beautiful, the food was fantastic, and the service was outstanding. The Argentinean steak and the deserts were especially delicious.

If you enjoy cheese, get the short rib pasta. So so good and cheesy, maybe not the best looking thing I've ever eaten but I'll overlook that. My husband got the filet which was also good, but we finished the pasta before the steak, if that tells you anything! Steak was cooked perfectly. Overall, another excellent meal.

I have dined in this beautiful and delicious restaurant on several occasions. Nicolas the bartender, and staff are welcoming ensuring my experiences are always pleasant. Baires Grill offers a happy hour menu and a theatre promotion. Their menus have a wide variety of inviting options, with interesting cocktails and a lovely selection of wines. Was pretty disappointed with the service and the atmosphere. I sat at the bar, which had one other couple and one table. The bartender chatted with the couple, and after about 15 minutes, I was greeted with a “what do you need?”. I ordered my drink with out being asked about food or anything. When it eventually arrived, I sat and drank it silently. I texted my date and told him that we would eat somewhere after our 8 o’clock show because I was afraid the food service would take too long (I arrived at 6:50). I left without a word from anyone. I’m uncertain if it was the host for the manager at the host stand, but they sat on their phone as I walked out the door, without a word. I felt pretty dismissed through the entire short-lived experience. The drink was really good, but paying $20 for it felt pretty wasted with as sour as the energy in the restaurant was

Absolutely delicious, great ambience, beautiful place.Everyone was so pleasant starting from the host to our server Gonzalo, was great to us always checking up on us, also the manager making sure everything was going well. Wish I had more pics but I was too busy eating. My friends and I enjoyed every bite of our meal. Will definitely be back soon and will also try their other locations.

Stopped in late, randomly while passing by, for a drink and a snack...the amazing night and dining experience was to follow. A must try in mid-town!
