This is the first time I went in this bakery with my 2 daughters. We smell the baked good as we past by and we decided to go in. The girl on the counter had a bad attitude. When we place our order she looked very annoy and upset. Honestly the cookie and brownie were amazing. But the customer services really was bad. That the only reason I gave 4 star
We ordered Mother’s Day themed cupcakes last week. At the last minute, due to a scheduling conflict we changed it from pick up to messenger delivery. Craig was so patient and responsive — even when I kept emailing because I wasn’t sure how the messenger service worked. The cupcakes arrived during a provided time window and they were so beautiful. I had even ordered an extra one single cupcake on the side so that I could sneak one cupcake in before Mother’s Day. These...
Mariam did an incredible job getting me in and out and I was able to 6 vegan chocolate cupcakes for a birthday celebration. They were also able to provide me gold birthday candles that goes with a colorful gold theme decoration. Thank you. Great customer service and I look forward to returning again soon 😌💫✨
