El Nuevo Carribeno is a great local family owned establishment. The food is incredible, tasty, consistent, and always delicious. Everything is made fresh daily, and the wait is not long when you order. It is amazing and cheap food, with a bill under $30 for 2 ppl. The place has booth seating, a bar for drinks, and nice decorations. The food continues to be the star for this location. However, the customer service is terrible. The younger Spanish waitress and the lady in charge of serving and the cashier had a nasty attitude and no customer focus. They gave a disgusted look and ignored customers. The only positive for service is that food comes out in a quick and timely manner. It is a multi-generational family business.
