I am a tough critic because I am Puerto Rican and I can cook. So my motto is, if I'm going to pay you for food I can make myself at home, it has to taste better than mine. El Nuevo Carribeño was recommended by a neighborhood gentlemen that is also a super at some of the buildings nearby. We walked in and and we felt instantly welcomed to the neighborhood by the young waitress and a man at the counter, it was a quintessential experience. We are Mexican from California and enjoyed listening to the variety of Spanish accents spoken by the patrons and employees. Español you are a beautiful language!!
