Decent experience today. Line was long and service was a little hectic. Kid friendly. Pet The friendly. Wheel chair accessible.

Useless manager. She was on the phone the whole time unless she was fussing at staff. No one new the flavors. Cash only with no sign and no mention of it till it’s time to pay.Also I tried calling 3 times… no answer. Ironic that she was on the phone. Smh.

I got ice cream and a pint for a party and I had started eating it and then they were like oh u have cash, right?I was like no, I have card n Apple Pay."Ah sorry only cash""I'm already eating the ice cream are U serious??There's no sign or anything!!!"I'm getting angry bc they're just like yea... nothing we can do...I walked from 125 mind u. The staff here are soooooo slow its unbelievable its 4 people waiting on line and they decided to look at cashier receipts so I had to ask ,how long are we going to waite on this line then we got service

Convenient to find a last minute cake, requires mask and keeping distance, fast service and cordiality customer service!

Poor service & the place was FILTHY!!

in this pool robinsa ice cream is not a good strong crystallization with pieces of ice. cashier works with money and goods without wearing gloves. but they work fast and it's relatively clean here

Immigrant doesn’t speak English and was only trying to give me a tiny scoop for the polar pizza sample what a rip. I walked out never coming here again
