I highly encourage every customer who pays with their credit card to check their statement. I’ve been to this cafe multiple times during last couple of months. I always paid with my credit card and added a tip. But when I received my credit card statements, I realized that they added extra tip on top of what I paid every single time. This is not acceptable. It’s shameful and dishonest practice for any business to do that.
