Leaving this review because I was so wonderfully helped this morning by Rosa. I mumbled my order while flustered about something else and she very easily could've just said "excuse me?" or ask me to speak up, but she took a moment to gently ask me to repeat myself in a way and in a tone that said "relax, Jared, this does not need to add to the stress of your day." Unbelievable this place is where coffee heads say to themselves, "I rather buy water and a apple." Well that's not a bad idea but when you want coffee rush pleasure, you want it .... buy water!!!! I give it 2 stars cause I lost weight not being able to get my kick ....

I wanted a hot chocolate. Unfortunately this was not possible because one of the machines was defective. The friendly employee recommended a chai latte with hazelnut/chocolate. It is her personal favorite variety. I agreed and was not disappointed. The drink was super tasty. The donuts too. Went here a few times during our vacation. :-)
