First off the service is great here but the boss is scamming people with their crispy burger. I ordered a cumin lamb burger and it was 95% bean sprouts. It should have been called a bean sprout burger. I wish they were more honest with what is being delivered to their customers. I cannot even begin to imagine how someone would feel if they ordered that and were allergic to bean sprouts.

I watched a chef flipping and spinning noodles which is a great sign that stuff is actually authentically prepared. While I was not hungry, I'm always in the market for well-prepped Asian dishes so I jumped in.
I got the pork noodles which I saved for dinner. It was refreshing to be met with a menu that wasn't overwhelming with choices! I'll be back!

Excellent Pan fried dumplings, great size and price ($6 for 6 as of late 2024) and very tasty! The pork and chive steamed dumplings are also excellent - i usually prefer pan fried but when my kids couldn't finish their steamed ones I finished them off and would actually order them again for me!)

As someone who has lived in Chongqing, China for several years, I was really impressed that this place was able to have that authentic Chinese noodle taste. I ordered the beef noodles. I’ve been to several noodle spots in the city, but none come close to this one in terms of taste, authenticity, and price. The only con about this place is that the portion size didn’t quite satisfy my hunger. Nonetheless, I give them 9.5/10. Definitely eat here if you love Chinese noodles as much as I do.

The noodles are flavorful and the service is quick. Perfect for a brief, filling meal near Port Authority. The Liang Pi is excellent for those who can handle spicy food (it's a cold noodle dish, so good for hot weather). You can request the spice level for other dishes, so don't worry if you want something non spicy or mild. Highly recommend!

I ordered the beef stew soup (mild spicy), and it was amazing. Plus, the young girl at the counter provided excellent service.
