Excellent Xian food. Very authentic.
It is a small shop as part of a small chain. But excellent food. The beef noodle is very good and tasty. They hand make the noodle here. Exactly as I expected. The Rou Jia Mo (Chinese sandwich) is also great. The bread is fresh, flaky and soft. Highly recommend.

My roommate and I wanted to eat noodles with soup and we came across this spot. I ordered the beef noodle soup and it was nostalgic, just how my mom would make it! They made it pretty fast too.

Oh honey, let’s talk about Bites of Xi’an—the noodle-forward diva of the block 🍜💅

This place is basically a carb catwalk. The menu? Mostly dry noodles strutting their stuff like they own the runway. Soup options are few, but when that stewed beef noodle soup enters the chat? Whew. It’s giving drama, depth, and daddy issues. Po Panda would absolutely ghost his father and change his last name for that broth. It’s that good.

Now, the fried chicken? Bless its heart. It showed up to the party but forgot to bring flavor. Someone please send it a spice rack and a prayer. As for the pork and shrimp dumplings—they’re fine. Not offensive, not iconic. Just... there. Like the coworker who always joins the group chat but never contributes.

💸 Price-wise? For Manhattan, it’s surprisingly chill. You won’t need to sell a kidney or start a GoFundMe to eat here.

Generally bonkers.

I usually get N7 spicy beef noodles, DELICIOUS with the hand pulled noodles. The pork burger is really good too, I get that sometimes, can be dry occasionally, better eaten just after they've made it than as take away.

The cumin lamb dish is a bit disappointing.

N1 is delicious, more of a soup... The beef pieces fall apart, really tasty (slightly salty but very good).

The dumplings are pretty good. Quiet restaurant atmosphere but tasty and affordable. Recommend if you like ramen but want something better/more filling than ramen. Most dishes are a protein with a sauce and noodles. Tasty.

I live in Philly and since it openning, this restaurent become one of my favore restaurent when come to NYC. It locate between Amtrak station and Port Authorities bus station, very convenient. All the food are Very Delicious and authentic and reasonable prices. The staff from the kitchen to the counter are all nice. The restaurant is clean and simple. The restaurant may not appear trendy but you cant beat the price and and tasty food. the food is high quality and tastes incredible.

The pork burger, Beef noodle soup, dumpline, and all other different kind of noodles all delicious!!! Highly recommend!!!!

A traditional Chinese restaurant. You go to front desk to order and pick up and return the dishes by yourself .
So they do not really require tips.

I swung by here for a quick lunch because it’s close in proximity to port authority.

I ordered a liangpi (cold noodles) and water. The food was made very quickly and the spice level was fair. The texture of the noodle wasn’t as “bouncy” as other places, it was more thin— but the flavor was decent.

There were plenty of seats available when I went at 1230pm.

The lady that took my order was very nice— she spoke English, but also speaks mandarin.

Service was great. The soup wasn’t super flavorful but other than that everything was fine. Pretty cheap. Decent place to stop by.

Its solid. Pork bun is better than Xian Famous, though the bun itself is too soft imo. Beef noodles are not bad. Very flavorful, but there is a bitter aftertaste. 7/10
