I really enjoyed this place. I have done some work in Japan where Whisky Highballs are really special - basic, but special and they have it here! Yaas! We shared shishito peppers, the cheaper burger and the tots. All were good (though I felt a little guilty after such a fatty meal.) Meh. I really wanted to like this place where shoolbreds used to be but its just lame. The bartenders couldnt care less about service, the beer list kind of blows and the food is overpriced. The dry aged burger is ok but wayyy to expensive and overpriced to be served with throw away plastic utensils. The tator tots are disgusting and the kitchen thinks they should tell you they should not be eaten with ketchup or any other sauce. They wont give you any. Get out of here with...read full review
Bar food but also quality food. So sad to hear this place is just a pop up and will be closing soon (end of October). Sit down, but order at the bar. Apps: Shishito peppers and tater tots, but super seasoned and covered in some sauce - very tasty. Burgers: there's two kinds.
