My partner and I are getting married and having our cake made here. I'm vegan and gluten-free and this company made my 50th birthday cake. It was tremendous! And it was a no brainer that we'd select them for our wedding cake!
They were prompt with responses and detailed in their information sharing.

the cake was dry, flavorless and came in a huge ugly brown cardboard box that was hard to store. very disappointing and ruined my birthday.

Amazing cake and the owner is so nice! I ordered a fresh mango cream cake and requested lemon be added to the middle. The only suggestion I have is that cream be added to the middle layer as well, which I assumed would be the case as is are most layered cream cakes.

It was my very first time ordering from this company. Buying a vegan cheesecake for my sister. They had so many options , very cute options. Communication with the company was great. Definitely will buy here again. My sister was very impressed and satisfied with her birthday cake!

Their cakes are works of art, but most importantly they're delicious! I recently ordered a zen garden cake and was totally blown away by the gorgeous presentation and rich matcha flavor. My friends were surprised to hear it was also vegan!

I ordered a custom vintage cake for my girlfriend’s birthday and the result looked EXACTLY like the reference picture I chose with the edits I requested. It was so beautiful and made the night so incredible special, the flavor and texture were amazing as well. Customer service was excellent and Akiyo’s confidence and competence were very assuring. I am so happy I chose Bleu Neige and highly recommend!

Got the Lemon Poppy cake and it was phenomenal! Cake was light and cream was fluffy! Not too sweet with a subtle lemony flavor. Decorations were cute too with small flowers. Highly recommend!

This was my first order from this vegan establishment. The cake was like a pound cake in style with "butter" cream icing. It was fresh, but without a distinctive flavor. Delivery/PickUp only store. I never got my order or any follow up about my order. Luckily I did not pay ahead as they never sent the invoice either. No one answers the phone, so you must confirm everything through email. It’s terrible because the items all look amazing.

Very responsive and kind customer service, and the fruit tarte is divine! Note that this one was customized with more fruits. I’ll certainly will be back to try their fantastic looking vegan cakes, too!

My boyfriend got me a vegan red velvet cake for my birthday and it was DIVINE. I loved it and the decor really blew me away. Don’t think about it, just get it
