Blue Bottle is where you can go and know exactly what to expect. My cappuccino was as in other locations - silky and smooth. My wife got latte with saffron which she liked a lot. Even it was Wednesday's 11 am was quite busy, needed to wait ±10 min or so.

Coffee shop near Bryant Park.I bought some sweets nearby, so I stopped by for coffee.The store is compact.It's not empty, but it's so crowded that two or three people have to wait to buy something.I think the staff's service is courteous.I think coffee is also delicious.We enjoyed sweets together at home, but Bryant Park is across the street from the store, so I think it would be nice to sit in a chair at the park and enjoy it.

I have been ordering coffee and pastries from this place for many years. Overall speaking, I had a good experience from the past. Baristas are always great and very friendly. However, recently I had some bad experiences. Last week, I put an order online and they gave me a wrong pastry. Today, I ordered an iced americano and a pastry in store. The cashier forgot to give me the pastry, so I had to go back in line and ask for my pastry. When it came to my turn, I politely asked the cashier if she could pack the pastry for me. She directly said “another one?”without listening to me carefully. So I told her again that she didn’t give what I ordered. She seemed to not believe me and became very impatient. I wore smile on my face and waited for her to pack my pastry during the whole time. She gave me a look and passed me the pastry in a very rude way without even saying “sorry”. I am so surprised by her attitude when she didn’t do her job, especially when a customer was trying to be nice and patient when she made a mistake. I hope the store manager sees my review and gives the cashier more training before she can work in an appropriate way.

The customer service is really, really horrible. The food is awful and overpriced. The keen green smoothie is watery and bland. They barely added any almond butter and it is Way overpriced at $10. The women behind the counter talked amongst themselves instead of preparing the food that was ordered. They talked and talked and talked. Again, all of this is not worth the price. The main cashier was incredibly rude and should be fired.
