Mornings at this coffee shop are always bustling, but I've found a way to beat the rush by ordering ahead on the app. I stick to my usual--either a cold brew or an iced sweet latte. The coffee here is rich and bold, just how I like it, and it really kick-starts my day.

I was hoping to grab a quick coffee before my train, but unfortunately, this café let me down. There were only three people ahead of me in line, yet after waiting 15 minutes, I still didn’t get my coffee. Since the café is located right across from Grand Central Terminal, speed and efficiency should be a priority — especially for commuters. Sadly, I had to leave without my order to catch my train. I don’t know what the coffee tastes like, and honestly, I’m not sure I want to find out after this experience. If you’re in a rush, I’d recommend going elsewhere.

Blue Bottle Espresso roast purchased from Amazon has been stale multiple times. As such I get channeling and fast extractions. I’m not one to tolerate having to use a dual wall basket with a roast that should be fresh. Shame on you.

Horrible attitude from the batista. Took 10 mins to make an ice latte when there is no one in line. When inquired he rolled his eyes over. Need to be more pleasant with customers.

Just got a Hot NOLA at the Union Station spot and, even though I was skeptical about how authentic it would be, I’m happy to report that it was delicious! The staffers were so pleasant (even though it was super early in the morning). I’m looking forward to a return visit!

Very good coffee, but a bit expensive.I recommend the cappuccino ($6 + tax).The place is nice and modern with a few chairs in front of the windows if you want to drink your coffee there .

Blue Bottle Coffee is one of my favourite coffee shops ever since I tried them on the west coast.I particularly enjoy their New Orleans cold brew, it has the right amount of sweetness and the roasted chicory adds a unique toasted flavour to the drink.

Trash location. You honestly can steam milk for 2 coffees at once rather than do it all over again, especially with 300 people waiting. So damn slow, incredible! The decaf is tasty
